TGIF

I am currently at the beginning of Chapter 11 of All the Sinners Bleed. Only 41% of the way there. Slacker.

In my defense, I wanted to focus on my coursework. My employer offers tuition remission. I'm taking advantage of that to hopefully finish up my degree.

I also built an app. Which isn't major, but still a fun thing I accomplished.

I have a bit of free time this weekend, so hopefully I'll get a few more chapters in.

Fridays are really the only time I have to clean my apartment. I'm a messy person. I don't want to be, but I have to face the music. Between two jobs, and going to school to hopefully get one job with a "two-job salary", I just don't have the energy.

Fridays are different. Usually my cleaning day. Sometimes I take myself out or go to a tennis lesson after work. The majority of the time I excitedly come home, change into a bleach-stained shirt, and clean.

By 9pm I'm freshly showered, in comfy pjs, snug in bed, with a Korean face mask on, watching Julia Louis-Dreyfus rip Tim Simons a new asshole in my quiet and pristine home. It's paradise.
